	End the sending option from player to player. Only gang vault to player would be allowed. Player to Points Market would be allowed. Once a player has points, they are non-transferable, other than stated above? Maybe?

	some levels you get the extreme exp from crimes, some you don't example: lvl 11-holding up a corner store gives 1200exp lvl 12-holding up a corner store gives 100exp
